How do I decline this month's Featured Selections?

If you are enrolled in the new Member Credits program, we no longer send automatic shipments. You’ll never receive any books that you did not actively order. You may receive a monthly email presenting your Featured Selections, which you can add to your cart if you like, but they will not be sent to you unless you select them.

If you are a catalog member, and are not enrolled in the new Member Credits program, you will no longer be able to respond to your Featured Selections online. You can accept or decline your Featured Selections over the phone or via your reply card.
